Through a strategic redesign of their Shopify Plus store, we delivered a human-centric experience that set the stage for their next chapter of growth.
Our approach reflected BLUNT’s core values—bold innovation, longevity, and a focus on customer connection. Through in-depth audience analysis, we developed the Engineering Joy concept, blending playful personality with technical precision. The result is a digital experience that surprises, delights, and educates, creating lasting impressions from first visit to post-purchase. When you’re vulnerable to the elements, an umbrella becomes a symbol of protection. Clear comparison tables, interactive 360º product views and modular animations enable users to explore BLUNT’s unique features and benefits before making informed purchase decisions.
Customer repair app
A key feature of BLUNT umbrellas is their modular design, allowing customers to repair rather than replace them. To streamline the high volume of enquiries, we developed a custom repair app within Shopify. This solution enables customers to register third-party purchases and submit repair requests, reducing the resource burden by 80% while reinforcing BLUNT’s commitment to sustainability.
Collaboration archive
Visitors can explore the archives of BLUNT’s revered partnerships through an interactive collaboration gallery. Options to view the collection in list or grid format offer users a tailored browsing experience, allowing them to engage in as much detail as they prefer.
