We brought their refined identity to life through a new Shopify Plus site that was purpose-built to optimise conversions and reflect Mycube's enduring commitment to security and innovation.
To make an impact in the US market, a more assertive conversion strategy was needed. Using audience data, we identified what customers stored in their safes, where they placed them, and the features they valued most. These insights shaped the site’s architecture, delivering tailored information at key moments to drive results.
Engaging storytelling, interactive animation, and a bright, approachable aesthetic differentiate Mycube from the other scaremongering brands in the market. By showcasing their stylish, proactive approach to personal security, we could foster customer trust while establishing a strong foundation for brand advocacy.
A light, bright approach With a bank of new lifestyle content, we established defined spaces that let Mycube's visuals take centre stage. Functional details are punctuated by engaging narratives, boosting engagement while providing context. A vibrant colour palette and interactive animations add a sense of joy while reinforcing the brand’s technical appeal.
Logical navigation Leveraging audience insights, we designed a mega menu with new categories, allowing users to shop by placement, functionality, and size. To assist customers further, compare modal and comprehensive filters were added to the Shop All page, while product cards prominently display key features and, on hover, reveal a list of items that fit inside.
Guided selling experience
For users seeking tailored guidance, an interactive quiz identifies the ideal safe based on their specific needs, while strategically encouraging sign-ups to the Mycube mailing list.
Information architecture
On the product page, the design simplifies complex details, making specifications, features, and USPs easy to navigate. Lifestyle imagery and technical drawings deliver key information, while a style accordion enables users to explore other products seamlessly, without returning to the main navigation.
Strategic upsells
A curated bundle offer and recommended products guide users toward complementary purchases, encouraging an increase in average order value.
